Senior Front End Developer – Remote – £80,000

I’m looking for a talented Senior Front End Developer to join a growing team in the Defence industry. As a key player in the technology team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge software solutions for clients in the military sector.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in JavaScript and React.

There are 2 sides of the business – one involves creating powerful computers for the military, while the other involves developing software that deploys automatically onto military servers.

You will also be involved in developing new tools to make the software more customisable, helping to ensure that it meets the specific needs of clients. The software you develop will be used by end users in IT training, so you must have experience in developing user-friendly interfaces that are easy to navigate.

They have around 25 employees with offices in Bristol and Oxford. The tech team is made up of 9 highly skilled individuals who work remotely 100% of the time within the UK.

The salary for this position is up to £80,000 depending on experience. However, they are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also trustworthy and reliable, and who understands the importance of the work we do in the defence industry. For this reason, all candidates must be eligible for security clearance.
